About you:
* Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar.
* Strong experience/knowledge of electrical motors - LV, MV, design & repair, winding, etc
* Project Engineering experience with electrical machinery
* An engineering or trade background with relevant experience will be viewed favorably
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate with the Microsoft Office suite of products
* Organised with strong time management skills
* Happy to travel locally and overseas as determined by business needs
What you will be doing:
* Providing specialist technical solutions to sales enquiries - new and existing customers
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Supervising field service tasks, identifying technical issues, troubleshooting, and performing analysis
* Undertaking local and overseas site visits
* Providing internal and external sales support
* Reporting to the Product Manager
* Other tasks as defined by the General Manager Engineering
The Rewards:
In addition to securing this exciting role with a highly regarded leader in industrial motors, the successful candidate will receive a base salary of up to $140k plus super, in addition to a FMCV or Car allowance, based on skills and experience.
