The role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join Atrium as a Sous Chef
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
1. Assist the Senior Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
2. Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
3. Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
4. Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
5. Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
About you
You’ll bring the following:
6. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
7. Prior Experience as a Sous Chef in a 4-5 star environment
8. Demonstrated experience in people management and working with large teams
9. Experience in training and empowering others
10. Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
11. Ability to work Full-Time hours over a rotating roster
