You’ll play a crucial role in a multidisciplinary team, helping clients navigate the delivery of medical, allied, and primary health care services. Respond to incoming calls with accurate information. Coordinate appointment bookings and make necessary referrals. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Build relationships with administrative colleagues and organizations. Relay clear and accurate messages. Execute emergency procedures according to policies and guidelines. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite and strong knowledge of office and clerical procedures. Demonstrated experience in file management and using administrative and database systems. Knowledge of primary health care and community health principles, along with familiarity with Government Administrative Instructions, procedures, and relevant legislation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals.
