What you'll do:
* Work as the sole ICT Support resource managing and taking ownership of a large school's entire ICT Infrastructure
* Lead the coordination, management and resolution of all ICT requests and incidents
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to staff and students
* Support computer hardware & software systems including but not limited to laptops, desktops, tablets, telephones, printers, and classroom audiovisual
* Troubleshoot issues relating to server, storage and networking infrastructure
* Maintain systems documentation including assets & knowledge base articles
* Manage user accessibility and assist with project-based installations and configurations
* Provide a high level of customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders (students, staff and parents)
What you bring:
* Minimum of 5 years of technical help desk support experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server and network
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in articulating technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience
* Certifications in Windows 10/11 and MacOS with proven experience with end-user devices
* Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Previous technical experience in an education setting
