PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies is an organisation locally owned and operated by ParaQuad Tasmania. The business is a multi-faceted healthcare supplies business based in Moonah, Tasmania, stocking a comprehensive range of continence, wound care, and personal health care products. We service the NDIS, disability, and aged care sectors via online and phone sales and offer state-wide door-to-door delivery.
We are seeking an experienced, senior Customer Service & Administration Supervisor with demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Administration, and Sales for a permanent part-time role with an immediate start.
About the Role:
The role of Customer Service & Administration Supervisor reports to the Manager – PQTHS. This is a hands-on role that will see you guiding and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results, while also having regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries and orders by phone, email, and website
* Accurately record and maintain customer information
* In bound/out bound sales and customer relationship development, including team coaching to enhance these skills
* Liaise and collaborate with internal team members to ensure positive customer and business outcomes
* Manage the compliments and complaints register
* Continually review and improve business practices and processes
* Manage the performance of sales team members
* Manage day-to-day operations of the team including rostering
* Ensure adherence to Associations policies and procedures, and apply best practice procedures to Customer Service activities
* Undertake administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency of daily operations
* Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented work environment
Candidate Requirements:
* Front line Customer Service and Sales experience
* Proven experience in a customer care, retention, or results-oriented environment
* Collaboration and teamwork skills
* Self-driven with a passion for performance, customer experience, and people engagement
* Ability to think creatively and problem solve
* Ability to think analytically and use data insights to make decisions
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* High level of computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Industry experience in the health or similar
