The Opportunity: Our client is a leading mid-tier Financial Advisory & Accounting business servicing high-net-worth individuals and business clients. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Lending team, ensuring clients have access to the best loan solutions across residential mortgages, asset finance, and commercial loans. Typical duties include: Supporting the Head of Lending and Senior Lending Advisor with the preparation of loan submissions and credit assistance. Providing customer support from initial contact through to post-settlement, ensuring alignment to the client’s best interests. Liaising with external stakeholders (conveyancers, valuers, settlement agents, and lenders). Verifying applications: reviewing application details & documents to determine approval requirements and ensuring high-quality loan submissions. Updating the CRM system and customer databases. Collaborating with the broader business and participating in ad hoc projects as required. The Ideal Candidate: You will have a background in either Customer Service or Administration/Operations from Financial Services with an understanding of the loan lifecycle across consumer and/or commercial loans (mortgages/asset finance or similar). You will also demonstrate: Passion for customer service and collaboration to achieve the most effective solution. Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
