We will count on you to: Maintain and implement best practices of Adobe Experience Manager and be knowledgeable across a variety of CMS.Manage projects and integrate multiple sites for recently acquired businesses that include significant UX work and strong project management skills.Use reporting to recommend webpage optimizations.Collaborate with brand to ensure a seamless integration of both the business and the user experience to maintain the existing client base of the recently acquired companies.Work with digital marketing team colleagues to ensure best practices for technical and content search engine optimization.Collaborate with the global centers of excellence to leverage best practices globally and follow required processes.Ensure compliance with global third-party privacy regulations.Plan deliverables, timelines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders (external agencies, global digital teams, and Pacific digital specialists) for Marsh websites projects.Bring a methodical and structured framework to project management, helping to develop internal processes and best practices.Support the adoption and utilization of best practices for CMS management, marketing automation, and survey platforms for internal and external stakeholders in Pacific. What you need to have: Preferred but not required: degree in marketing (digital marketing concentration), business, or IT specialization.Degree not required if you have completed certifications such as project management, digital, marketing, CMS management, or related courses with significant on-the-job experience.Financial Services Experience essential.3+ years' experience in stakeholder management and delivering CMS rebuilds, migrations, integrations, or other owned web channel projects.6+ years' experience in project management delivering marketing and/or digital programs of work.Proficient in SEMRush or similar products, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems.Experience with AEM and MS Dynamics is preferred.Proficient to advanced Excel skills.Marketing Automation, SEO, and performance marketing (paid media) experience a plus.
