We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Workforce Planner.
In this role, you will play a critical part in optimising workforce planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving operational improvements. You will work closely with senior leaders, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce strategies and service delivery.
In your new role, you will:
* Identify and address workforce resourcing gaps, integrating strategic and operational initiatives.
* Monitor workforce attendance, ensuring service levels are met, including emergency staffing and leave coverage.
* Drive continuous improvement in roster scheduling through data analysis and operational insights.
* Conduct targeted workforce analysis to optimise scheduling, planning, and staff engagement.
* Utilise technology and analytics tools to develop, analyse, and report workforce data.
* Coordinate with operations to align workforce planning with training schedules and development needs.
* Manage workforce data reconciliations to support payroll accuracy.
* Develop and maintain workforce plans and roster schedules, ensuring alignment with business demands.
* Provide regular workforce reporting and insights to senior leadership, including trends and forecasts.
* Support the enhancement of workforce analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in workforce planning, data analytics, and operational efficiency. Your expertise in workforce management tools, forecasting, and reporting enables you to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
To be successful, you will:
* Have experience in workforce planning, rostering, and operational resourcing in a complex environment.
* Be proficient in workforce data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools such as Excel and Tableau.
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate workforce insights into strategic recommendations.
* Possess experience managing projects or change initiatives within workforce management.
* Have a keen eye for process optimisation and automation of workforce reporting.
* Be able to work across multiple sites, including visits to operational centres as required.
* Hold the necessary work rights for Australia and meet industry compliance requirements, including health assessments and background checks.
