Due to continued growth in the South Australian market, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver key infrastructure projects across the region. The Opportunity: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex civil infrastructure projects — from early planning through to handover. You will lead a team of dedicated engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role will see you work closely with key internal and external stakeholders while leveraging a significant amount of internal support, project systems, and resources to ensure success. Scope of Work Includes: Bulk Earthworks Roadworks & Pavements Demolition & Remediation Water and Sewer Reticulation Bridges & Culvert Structures Design & Construct Projects Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project management of civil infrastructure projects. Leadership and development of site teams including Engineers, Foremen, and Supervisors. Develop project execution plans, monitor financial performance, and manage project budgets. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all phases. Client and stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining strong working relationships. Manage contracts, variations, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Report to executive leadership on project progress and key deliverables. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil construction with at least 5 years in a senior project management role. Proven track record delivering complex civil works, ideally in infrastructure or public sector projects. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and commercial/contractual management experience. Ability to lead teams across multiple disciplines and drive high performance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence.
