Based at our Lakes Entrance site, your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
* Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes
* Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
* Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
* Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
This position may include working from our Bairnsdale office; flexibility to work across both locations is essential.
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
* Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
