CMC are hiring!We have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle & Content team, based in our Barangaroo, Sydney office.Please note that we operate onsite working and would require you to come into our Barangaroo office 5 days per week.Please note that this role is only open to Sydney based candidates with full working rights (e.g.Citizen/Permanent Resident).About Us: CMC Markets is a global leader in CFD trading and share investing.Our vision is to provide the ultimate online trading experience so everyone can achieve their financial potential.Since our launch in London in 1989, we've expanded globally with offices across Europe and Asia Pacific.Over 1.2 million clients make 67 million trades with us every year, and we're still growing.We're a business in rapid transformation, currently investing heavily in digital people and technology.If you're looking to accelerate your career and be part of something special this is the role for you.About the Role: Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager – Lifecycle & Content, this role will work alongside our Growth and Product Marketing teams as well as local marketing and distribution teams.This opportunity will enable you to shape and optimise our customer strategy across the Australia and New Zealand markets.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Lifecycle & Content team to assist in the delivery of the CMC Markets lifecycle strategy for both CFD ANZ and CMC Invest clients.Effectively manage lifecycle/CRM campaigns end-to-end using below-the-line channels including email, SMS, platform and push notifications.Develop advanced client journeys within the Braze marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.Support the broader Marketing team, as well as other key business units such as Business Operations, Compliance & Legal teams, in executing streamlined customer-centric product, operational and legal communications.Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly-personalised communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.Conduct regular campaign A/B and control group testing to optimise campaign performance.Report on the performance of campaigns to key internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimise lifecycle/CRM campaigns.Educate the wider marketing team and organisation on best practices and the benefits of lifecycle-led strategies.General Responsibilities: Support the Growth Marketing Manager – Lifecycle & Content with strategic lifecycle and content planning.Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across ANZ.Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.Complete all mandatory compliance training.About You: Approx.2 years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Direct marketing role.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business IT or a related field of study.Previous experience using marketing systems e.g.Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo as an advanced user.Some experience implementing dynamic content scripting e.g.AMPscript, Liquid.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Project management and organisational skills.Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.Benefits: Charity give-back days.1 extra annual day of leave for your birthday.A dedicated benefits & wellbeing hub, for you to save on groceries, access retailer discounts and enjoy various resources to enhance your physical & mental wellbeing.Receive an extra day of annual leave after each year of service (max 25 days of annual leave after 5 years of service).Social Club, Women@CMC, LinkedIn Learning and more.CMC Markets is powered by our people.We are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where our people feel confident to be themselves, feel valued and are able to do their best work.We don't just value differences and unique perspectives, we seek them out and we invite them in, because we know it will lead to better outcomes for everyone.Please click on the video link below to find out more about what it's like to work at CMC Markets.Watch our video #J-18808-Ljbffr
