Your new role: The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager as well as providing support to Reservations Attendants to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of all reservations received at Nitmiluk Visitors Centre. Maintain a professional manner while providing excellent customer service within the guidelines of the company policies. Some key points include: Ensure all daily Reservations tasks delegated to the Front Desk, Call Centre and Canoe Shed are carried out in a timely manner. Act as the first line of Communication for all Reservations Staff and assist with customers, sales, ticketing and daily tasks as required. Assisting on the front counter and information counter where required, providing information, sales and ticketing to customers. Ensuring seasonal rates and packages are up to date in the Reservation systems. Overseeing the rostering of the Front Office and Reservations team on behalf of FOM. Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure that room cleanliness meets our standards and liaising with the maintenance team to ensure that any maintenance issues raised by guests are addressed promptly. Updating the product information on Travel Agent Portals. Contact support team to raise any technical concerns and follow up. Cross-checking the reservations to ensure that the commissions paid to travel agents are accurate. The successful Candidate will hold; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral. Excellent Management and Leadership skills. Excellent knowledge and skill in using computer programs and software, in particular with relation to reservations (RMS and Respax desirable). Excellent organisation and time management skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to train and coach others. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role. Good financial acumen. Experience rostering to meet budget requirements. Current Ochre Card or willingness to obtain. Current First Aid or willingness to obtain. Current Driver Licence (desired).
