We are looking for Customer Service Superstars with a high level of empathy to work in an organization in the cybersecurity space.
Key Details:
* Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with 30m break
* Successfull candidate will need to either have or be willing to undergo Police Check and Working with Children's Check
* Opportunity for growth beyond the initial month, e.g. extension or pathway to Case Manager
* Location: Perth, WA (no parking on-site but close to public transport)
* Due to the nature of the role we can only consider Australian Citizens or Permanent Resident
About the role:
Anticipated Start date: 11th November
Anticipated duration: 1 month contract with potential to extend or permanent employment.
Pay: $37 per hour (this includes casual loading) + super
Working hours: 8 am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Anticipated hours: 37.5 per week
Your primary aim as a Case Manager is to reduce the risk that clients will experience harm resulting from identity and cyber security related vulnerabilities, that corrective strategies are developed, and to advocate for individuals to regain their confidence, feel empowered, and build resilience.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls dealing with business customers who may be in a distressed state.
* Data entry of confidential information provided by customers on the phone.
* Implement and person-centred approach to work in the best interests of the client and portray a positive representation of the company
* Providing support to other team members
* General admin duties where required.
About you:
We are looking for team players with excellent customer service skills and a great level of empathy. Our ideal candidate would have previous exposure to fraud prevention or investigation, but if you come from social work or claims background where you were dealing with people in distress - we would also love to hear from you.
