Our client is a market leader in the building products industry and due to growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced an Architectural Projects Support to join the team. Within this role you will learn all aspects of the Architectural Projects Office and support the tendering process, scheduling, purchasing, warehousing and customer service.
The role:
* Provide administration and customer service support to the department including responding to calls and email enquiries
* Warehousing duties including receiving goods, picking/packing, stocktake and arranging freight/deliveries
* Assist with incoming orders, service calls, preparation of quotes and scheduling needs
* Assist with raising purchase orders and invoices
* Assist with inventory management
