The Opportunity –This role is perfect for ambitious individuals wanting to kickstart their career in sales, with a keen interest in learning and building their skillset from the ground up.
To ensure you gain the most from your learning, you will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of experienced professionals who will provide mentoring and coaching opportunities, and access to other individuals who have built their career the same way as you!
This role teaches you the skills and independence to identify and generate sales opportunities, offer premium customer service, initiate new relationships to build your own networking portfolio and work towards a progressive sales target. You will also complete a Certificate III in Business.
This role is based in our Ballina branch and is a 12-month role with an evaluation upon completion to discuss future aspirations.
