What You’ll Be Doing:
* Location: Primarily based in Jandakot, with flexibility to work across Perth.
* Diverse Work Settings: Deliver Occupational Therapy in a variety of settings including the community, office, and remote environments.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to offer holistic care.
* Client-Centered Approach: Assist clients and their families in setting and achieving meaningful goals to promote independence at home, school, and in the community.
* Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments, from home modifications to sensory evaluations, functional capacity assessments, and equipment prescriptions for NDIS participants.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Full APHRA registration
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
* Driver's license and own car
