Our client is a well known and respected NFP organisation are looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to convert to permanent. You will be leading a service desk team.
The Role
As a Service Desk Team Leader your will demonstrate a strong ability to lead the team while also providing technical direction. You will provide exceptional technical expertise around O365. Above all you be dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you and your team for.
Your Skills & Experience
* Excellent understanding of Service Desk
* Strong experience with O365
* Strong experience leading a team
* Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
* Harness a strong team culture
* Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You are a "true leader" who can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience within Service Desk, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
