You will join an internal Talent team of 5 and partner exclusively with our Creative team.You will play a crucial role in growing our Creative team by hiring Designers in Product, Visual and Brand, who in turn will help elevate and enhance Easygo's position within the market.You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our Creative team, partnering with them to source, identify and hire creatives for their team.This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed to help with our current workload of Creative roles.Your role with us Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to shape the future of Creative@Easygo by contributing to their growth and sourcing the right talent for them to grow and achieve their goals.With multiple brands under our umbrella, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent, who in turn will drive growth and innovation across our respective brands Stake, Kick and Twist.You will collaborate closely with the Creative Leadership team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, negotiating offers and contributing to the overall culture@Easygo.You will also leverage your expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates within the Product, Brand and Visual Design space.Outside of the day-to-day recruitment responsibilities you will get the chance to get involved in interviewing training, EVP and Talent Branding projects, as we aim to increase our audience and network in 2024.Finally, you will form part of a workforce of 400 passionate individuals, that are changing the game when it comes to the future of online entertainment.What you'll do: Sourcing and Recruitment Market open positions via our careers page, Linked In and job boards.Source candidates utilising multiple streams including resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and referrals.Prescreen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews.Evaluate applicants and submit a shortlist of top candidates for hiring manager to review.Monitor and update our applicant tracking system, job boards, and employee referral program.Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate "must haves" and draft job descriptions to go to market.Communicate with interview panels to ensure both Hiring Managers and candidates are fully prepared throughout the interview process.Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staff.What you'll bring: Significant experience as a Creative Recruiter, either in-house or with a mix of internal and agency.Experience of engaging with and sourcing Design and Creative candidates.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A positive mindset when faced with challenging requirements and situations.A Bachelor's degree is desirable but not required.Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family.Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform.Daily catered breakfast.Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles."We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant."
