You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive extension and adoption activities, ensuring the projects' success.
Your responsibilities will include supporting project reporting, data collection, and stakeholder interactions.
Additionally, you'll play a vital role in shaping project plans, contracts, and proposal submissions, contributing significantly to our team's collaborative initiatives, and have the opportunity to travel much of Western Australia while doing so.The Tasks AheadAssist in implementing projects related to sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and culturally appropriate Healthy Country managementWork with stakeholders to promote extension and adoption activitiesHelp with project reporting, data gathering, and engaging with stakeholdersParticipate in creating project plans, contracts, and proposal submissionsAbout YouExperience in developing and maintaining trusted professional relationships with managers of agricultural enterprises and/or Aboriginalorganisations, communities, and stakeholdersExperience in project coordination, contract management, and budget oversightStrong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demandsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of regional socio-economic issues and natural resource management challengesKey RequirementsQualification in Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a similar field (desirable)Valid C Class Manual WA Driver's Licence (mandatory)Police Clearance (mandatory)The BenefitsLocation: Broome, Western Australia Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $80-$90K base + Super & Additional Benefit
