About the Role:
ECCO CLAREMONT QUARTER is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leader with a passion to succeed.
Whilst dedicated to providing a personal level of customer service, you will help your team achieve outstanding results through leadership and coaching, driving productivity, executing brand campaigns and selling shoes that practically sell themselves.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the store team members to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our quality brand, and achieve store objectives.
* Provide input with staff scheduling and assist in recruitment activities.
* Ensure Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards are upheld.
* Oversee customer returns and inventory management.
* Train the team on product, VM and sales techniques.
Skills & Experience:
* Have previous retail management experience as a store manager or assistant store manager.
* Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
* Be a collaborator and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
* Be motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed with a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment.
* Possess persuasive communication skills and an agile leadership style.
* Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team.
