What You'll Do To further our momentum, we’re looking for a Small-Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive to join our high-performance team in our journey to help everyone do business faster – and better. The Account Executive’s role is to bring Docusign to new businesses and organizations by quarterbacking deals from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, is a relentless hunter, driving to win new business and has a strong track record of exceeding quota. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the SMB, Sales Manager. Responsibility Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving your individual sales quota Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into geographic territory Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by phone/ web-demo Prospect into target SMB accounts, developing contacts and driving pipeline opportunities Deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with SMB prospects Forecast sales activity accurately and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
