As a Senior Project Manager - Sustainable Corporates, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering high-impact projects with corporates, financial institutions, governments, and global partners. Supporting other teams across Climateworks Centre as required, your primary role will be crucial in helping corporates understand, commit to, and take credible actions towards achieving net zero emissions, with a focus on defining best practices for climate transition plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate Research into Action: Convert research and analysis into actionable recommendations for net zero transitions, prepare external publications, and deliver presentations
2. Lead and Manage Research Projects: From conception to final delivery, you will scope, design, and manage project outputs, develop plans and budgets, and report on progress and performance
3. Project Delivery: Oversee qualitative and quantitative research, manage internal and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
4. Team Collaboration: Working alongside and providing support to other teams as required
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in academia, NGOs, business, and government, and engage through a variety of forums
6. Team Management: Develop and manage a motivated and efficient project team, including external consultants and partners.
7. Business Development: Support proposal development and seek opportunities to amplify the impact of our work

Reporting Line:
Report to the Program Impact Manager - Sustainable Corporates and have the autonomy to lead your own projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise up to two staff members and manage small project teams.
