It’s mealtime magic by the boxful!Reporting into Supply Chain, you will support our Supply Chain team in supplier and SKU onboarding, cost optimisation, and sourcing analytics. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate cost improvements, and oversee sourcing operations across our meal kits and adjacent categories.What You’ll Do:Manage new supplier and SKU onboarding, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Lead cost optimisation initiatives and strategic planning - including tenders, RFIs, and supplier negotiations.Monitor and analyse supplier performance, identifying improvement opportunities.Maintain and optimise supplier and product databases.Support the introduction of new product innovations and revenue streams.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a commercial function.Understanding of procurement principles, contract law, and supplier management.Strong communication and relationship building skills - including negotiation.Strong analytical skills, with experience in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience with supply chain systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central is a plus.Experience in food, e-commerce, or retail procurement is highly regarded.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.What’s in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
