As the Applications Demand Generation Lead your primary responsibility is to drive and improve pipeline growth through focused demand generation programs across multiple channels. Specifically, you will:\
a holistic Demand Generation Plan; Aimed at generating pipeline across the Region with a target of achieving four times the annual quota. This includes:
a. Development of a holistic demand generation plan, across marketing, local events, partner / 3rd party & round table events
b. Test & improve the plan
c. Alignment across all LoBs including partners
d. Communication & visibility to all stakeholders
-to-Market Strategy: collaborate with the region VP and Senior Sales Leaders to shape, establish, and drive comprehensive global and local go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
3. Program Management: lead the development, execution, and management of sales initiatives, including mandated expansion plays and implementations of Move, Expansion plays, and New Needs (NN), to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
1. Pipeline Generation: implement programs to achieve four times the annual quota in pipeline generation
2. Report on the success of every event in the demand generation plan against agreed metrics for that event, adjusting future events as needed
3. Follow up with BDC and / or Sales / partner teams to ensure appropriate following up, against agreed metrics, post every demand generation event.
4. Development of the demand generation plan 6 months in advance, published to all key stake-holders 1 month prior to the commencement of the 6 monthly plan.
5. Campaign Efficiency: measure overall effectiveness of the demand generation campaigns ensuring continuous optimization for lead management and pipeline growth.
