Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality across outlets.
* Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure smooth and efficient service, addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.
* Develop and maintain restaurant rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
* Train and mentor staff to ensure consistency and adherence to our high standards.
* Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage service.
* Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role.
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
* Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
Duty Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service across all areas.
* Lead and motivate staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
* Assist with scheduling, stock control, and operational reporting.
* Work closely with the management team to ensure the venue meets its targets and objectives.
Requirements:
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role in hospitality.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy venue.
