Manage their workload and flow Quality control of all outputs from direct reports Manage timely communications with clients and briefs/feedback with media owners What you'll need: You are passionate about leading your team to greatness. You meet deadlines on time, every time, inspiring your team members along the way. Experience managing direct reports Experience working across all media channels ideally Experience in leading the finance process is also ideal as is someone with strong day-to-day media relationships.
