With over 80 years of industry experience, our client offers a stable and growth-oriented work environment.
What you'll be doing?
* Customer Communication: Handle day-to-day correspondence with suppliers and customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Sales Support: Process sales enquiries, generate quotations, and consolidate orders, handle letter of credit to facilitate smooth sales operations.
* Team Coordination: Act as the vital link between the warehouse and sales team, ensuring efficient communication and operations.
* Export Documentation: Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation, including handling and checking Letters of Credit .
* Administrative Excellence: Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations, contributing to organizational efficiency.
* Versatile Support: Provide ad-hoc support to Sales Managers and Executives as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Who are they looking for?
* Educational Background: A Diploma in a relevant field or minimum 'A' level certificate, coupled with relevant work experience.
* Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, bringing valuable insights to the team.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, enhancing productivity in daily tasks.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales and shipping/logistics processes is beneficial for success in this role. Experience in handling Letter of Credit is a must.
* Availability: Ability to commence work immediately or within short notice period is preferred.
Working Hour:
* 5-day work week, Mon to Fri
* Work hours from 8:15am to 5:45pm
