As a member facing role, this full-time, permanent role will be based onsite, in our Brisbane office, with occasional travel to Toowoomba.We will count on you to:Meet with existing and prospective members in person and virtually and respond to a range of factual and general advice queries about UniSuper's products and superannuation in generalIdentify members who require personal advice and refer through to the UniSuper Advice channelsPresent at in person and virtual member and employer seminars on topics with low technical content regarding UniSuper and superannuation generallyLiaise with the universities and assist new staff with the on-boarding process as required. This may require a short presentation during group inductions, attending "New Staff" expos and assisting new staff with understanding application optionsPromote the benefits to members of UniSuper's online capabilities such as our website and Member OnlineFurther enhance our relationship based on Employer Partnership Manager Strategies - you will be an advocate on campus, close to our members and the University, for UniSuperWhile based on campus, it is important you maintain a strong connection with UniSuper staff and internal stakeholdersPrimarily work from our university campusesAbout youWe are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.To be successful in this role you are passionate about sharing meaningful information with others in a clear and professional manner. You have the ability to work with people from all walks of life and at all levels. In addition, you will have:RG 146 compliant with DFP (or higher preferred) along with strong superannuation knowledgeExperience dealing with defined benefit funds is desired but not essentialPrevious experience dealing with general superannuation enquiries - this could be within advice or a relationship account management capacityA strong understanding of what "General Advice" is and the importance of not providing personal adviceAbility to recognise the need to refer members on for further personal adviceExperience in presenting to groups, although not essential, will be highly regardedWe believe that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
