Charterhouse prides itself on always putting its people first, providing hands-on support by a leadership team and all the tools necessary for your success!The RoleIn your role, you will be doing full 360 recruitment for your own desk, launching, building, and eventually managing our Financial Planning/Wealth Management space in QLD. Once your desk is operational, you will be tasked with hiring and training your own team.A typical day includes the following responsibilities:Full 360 recruitment role - candidate management, client management, and job management.Meeting clients to discuss their business, current needs, future plans, and the services we can offer.Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business and working culture.Writing job advertisements to source candidates and posting on job boards and social media platforms.Identifying and targeting the best candidates (head-hunting, contacting existing candidates, job applications, networking, referrals, LinkedIn).Discussing career opportunities with candidates, understanding their motivations, and advising them on the best career path.Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.Managing the offer process, including completing references.Attending regular training sessions internally and externally.Attending client meetings & lunches.About You:A keen interest in building a career in recruitment.At least 12 months of experience in agency recruitment with a proven billing track record.Excellent communication skills.Strong time management skills.Customer service focused and want to be part of a success story.Benefits:Enjoy birthdays off work (additional to your annual leave allowance).25 days of annual leave.Option of commission models.Once in a lifetime high achievers global incentive trips (Las Vegas, Croatia, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, and more).Work from our other offices throughout Australia.Regular social events & celebrations.Casual Fridays - start your weekend from 4pm!WFH and flexible start/finish times.Quarterly Big Billers Lunch - dine in some of the fanciest restaurants in Australia!Internal competitions & awards programme.Clearly defined career pathway and promotion criteria.Culture at Charterhouse:The environment you will come into every day is an important part of our working life.
