Role Overview: We seek an experienced or aspiring Head Chef or Chef de Partie to take charge of our kitchen operations. In this role, you will execute daily operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will work independently while collaborating with ownership to uphold our standards of excellence and contribute to menu development. Key Responsibilities: •Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. •Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. •Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere. •Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. •Support inventory management and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications: •Previous experience as a Head Chef, Chef de Partie or in a similar role will be advantageous. •Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations. •Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. •Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
