Be part of something bigger.Join Miwatj Health as a Cardiac Nurse Data Integrity Officer and play a vital role in enhancing the accuracy and quality of cardiac health data within our Communicare system. In this key position, you'll identify and resolve data issues, develop audits and reports, and implement improvements to support better clinical care. Working closely with the Chronic Conditions Program Lead and cardiology stakeholders, you'll help streamline overdue recalls, manage referrals, and optimize triaging processes. Established in 1992, we’re committed to securing quality health care services across the East Arnhem and enabling Yolŋu powered community health and wellbeing. Miwatj provides culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary health care to over 6,000 remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents across 3 East Arnhem wards. With a Head Office in Nhulunbuy, Miwatj also manages a Corporate Office in Darwin, 7 fixed clinics across the East Arnhem region, and dedicated outreach teams who travel to 3 additional locations.We're looking for a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination. You should have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Yolŋu people in remote settings and extensive clinical experience using Communicare. Strong analytical skills, experience managing and troubleshooting large health information systems, and the ability to maintain accurate records are key.
