About the role The Technical Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the maintenance delivery team by managing systems and analysing data related to the maintenance, upgrades, and modifications of branch assets.
This position ensures the PTA network's performance, reliability, and compliance by maintaining asset and performance data, analysing trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
It also involves contributing to operational targets, delivering on divisional objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Maintaining accurate registers and performance tools.Analysing maintenance data to identify trends.Presenting findings to support informed decision-making.Providing technical administrative support, including financial reporting, risk management, and system enhancements.Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance.Liaising with stakeholders to align and optimize maintenance administration systems.About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
