What you'll do Build and grow the psychology practice from the ground up, contributing to strategy and program development and recruiting a team of like-minded professionals nationally. Support clients through every stage of their rehabilitation journey, from acute intervention to long-term recovery. Maintain a client-first approach with a strong focus on empathy, motivation, and well-being. Work with clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle related accidents and illness, addressing the psychological aspects of recovery. Collaborate closely with our exercise and nutrition teams to develop tailored rehabilitation programs. Provide individual therapy, psychological assessments, and evidence-based interventions.
