This role will see you become a leader, thereby enhancing your capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Property and Buildings team. You will collaborate with talented and diverse professionals working on iconic projects to drive future ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.What You'll DoWork on iconic projectsManage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clientsLead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgetsWork in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillanceDelegate and supervise the work of junior engineersPartner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering settingAbout YouSolid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environmentWell versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roadsStrong client relationship management and project management skillsSound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.)Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential)Drainage software experience preferredWhat We OfferWSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms.
