Previous experience working with CASG is essential for the success of this position.The position is primarily responsible for:Leading the Enterprise: Provide strong leadership for the division, ensuring the MSP senior leadership team can effectively manage a complex environment, drive operations, nurture innovation, manage change, and deliver client-focused solutions.Executing Strategy: Implementing Nova's 2030 Strategy, enhancing the profitability of MSP business, and ensuring continued growth.Achieving Outcomes: Deliver strategic objectives and performance targets, including contract delivery, client satisfaction, and continued business growth.Governance & Risk Management: Establish robust governance structures and processes to manage operational risks and ensure compliance with Nova's Operational Framework.Financial/Commercial Management: Ensure the delivery of financial targets, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client executives and decision-makers within CASG and the broader Defence domain.People Engagement: Inspire and engage teams by creating an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.Please note: Interstate and occasional international travel will be required in this position. This position is ideally based in Canberra; however, applications from all locations will be considered.What we would like from you:Highly developed Executive Management capabilities navigating complex work environments and demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to build and maintain trusted relationshipsPrevious Defence or Defence Industry experience working with CASG is essentialExperience working in complex organisations in Professional Services, Engineering, or Consulting fieldsHighly developed communication and strategic leadership skillsHighly developed business acumen and commercial contract management skillsExperience working in a complex governance and compliance environmentDemonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex outcomesHighly developed leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead and take your team on the journeyAdvanced skills in interpreting commercial, legal and compliance provisionsAustralian Citizenship with the ability to hold and maintain an AGSVA security clearanceAs a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
