Job Summary: We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Blackburn. This is a Perm- Part Time (3 days) role.
About the Role: In this role, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and guests to THQ Blackburn, which is in keeping with the values and Mission of The Salvation Army. You will also provide a broad range of reception, concierge and admin support for the organization and the Facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the 'first point of contact' for all face to face and telephone enquiries to THQ Blackburn.
* Manage a switchboard of external calls ensuring each are addressed as appropriate and in a timely manner.
* Provide administration support as required for building management (including access for trades as arranged).
* Maintain up to date knowledge of TSA internal teams and external facing services in order to allow enquiries to be passed to relevant persons.
* Undertake a range of admin tasks and project work as needed to support the THQ Building Manager and other TSA teams, whilst prioritizing Reception duties.
About You: The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker. You have prior experience in a receptionist, customer service or administration position in a fast-paced office setting. You will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex schedules.
