You will make quick, informed decisions, and manage multiple programs concurrently; these may include in-person and online events, conferences, information sessions, and hosting customers at Bank and Industry forums and building sales engagement programs.As the Sales Activation & Enablement Lead, you'll get to:Contribute to the build, design and implementation of a Sales Enablement plan that is aligned to business unit and group strategy.Develop and deliver localised marketing and sales support activity to enable business outcomes, and review effectiveness against key metrics.Deliver on our value proposition by providing timely and relevant information to assist customers in their business decision making.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are positioned to effectively maximise local opportunities that support customer acquisition and retention and deepen customer relationships.Energise the Sales Teams about activity and work collaboratively with partners to remove obstacles that may arise, delivering win-win outcomes for customers, communities, and the Bank.This is a full-time position, which can be based in Melbourne or Adelaide and will require regular travel.
We also operate a hybrid model of working, with a minimum of 40% in the office per week, increasing to 60% in July 2025.What you'll bring to the role:Previous experience building and delivering programs of work covering in-person and online events, local area marketing activations, sponsorships, and sales programs that drive acquisition or support retention and increase customer depth.Strong relationship management skills with a track record of developing highly collaborative partnerships both inside and outside the bank.Effective influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in from stakeholders.Hands-on execution ability with strong project, time and budget management and prioritisation skills.Critical skills for this position:Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience using Salesforce.The ability to translate strategy into action and apply metrics to all activity.5+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.So, why work for us?Want big impact that matters?
