The Role: The current opportunity is for a Qualified Electrician to oversee the Operations & Maintenance of a Solar Farm! Solar Farm experience is desirable but not a must! In order to be successful you must have your HV Switching license. Location: Kelso, QLD 4815 Roster: Residential | 5 / 2 (Monday - Friday) Rate: Based on experience. Call James for more info (Number below) Key Responsibilities: Execute electrical and communication interventions, corrective actions, and proactive maintenance activities. Oversee, plan, and coordinate maintenance tasks. Complete and report on work requests. Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Report any incidents. Handle electrical and communication work. Use CMMS to manage and complete work orders. Ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out. Participate in the on-call roster. Desirable Experience & Qualifications: Reliable and safety-focused electrical tradesperson. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A Class Electrical License (unrestricted) for QLD (required). High Voltage Switching Qualification (required). Diploma IV in Health & Safety (highly recommended for O&M Site Manager role). White Card certification. LV Rescue Training. CPR Training certification. Current and valid driver's license. Must be an Australian citizen.
