About the Role The position provides psychological services to consumers in the Clayton Continuing Care Team (CCT).
The Clayton CCT provides case management support and treatment for consumers aged from 25 to 65 years with a severe/persistent mental illness.
The aim is to provide comprehensive mental health care that considers all aspects of a person's needs and includes carers and family involvement and support.
The focus of the position is to provide evidence-based psychological group therapy to consumers who present with severe and/or persistent mental illness.
In particular psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders and personality disturbances.
The position will also provide individual psychology services on occasion.
