We are a warm and welcoming Retirement Village looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong organisational skills, and can manage multiple tasks with a smile.
In this role you will work closely with the Village Manager, maintenance, sales and food services team as well as the support office team.

Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports.
Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, newsletter and document preparation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities for residents.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Handle any other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the village.
You may be asked to participate in an afterhours on-call roster from time to time.
Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Previous reception or administration experience.
Experience working with older adults in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential.
