Oversee safety compliance and foster a safe working environment. Train and on-board new team members, with a strong focus on CNC machinery operation. Handle daily warehouse tasks, including order picking and issue resolution. Collaborate with day-shift leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions. Making suggestions for increased efficiency or operational improvements. Pitch in where needed on machinery operation and general warehouse duties. The Successful Applicant You have a solid background in warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a keen understanding of OH&S compliance and CNC machinery experience. You're a natural leader who is comfortable with hands-on work and knows how to maintain a positive, safe work culture. Forklift license and computer literacy are essential; prior experience with steel handling is preferred. Full Australian working rights are required to be considered for this role.
