Qualified in AC&R along with 5+ years' experience managing mobile trades undertaking service, repair and maintenance across a mix of Commercial Offices, Hotels, Light Industrial and Hospitals.Why ApplyThis national organisation, operating Australia-wide is seeking a Service Manager to lead their client service delivery across a number of key Perth contracts from a SOR base.This is an operational role supporting stakeholders and managing HVAC Technicians undertaking a mix of Service, Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works Projects to Commercial Buildings, Shopping Centres, Hotels, Hospitals and Government premises.The Service Manager will lead staff management and OHS / Risk mitigation strategies, oversee administration staff and undertake weekly / monthly reporting and ensure KPI's are met. They will also undertake minor works quotes.Base CriteriaYou will ideally be qualified in an AC&R trade along ideally with additional Management qualifications and 5+ years' experience as a Service Manager / Supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians.Outline DutiesOperationally manage the Maintenance Trades Service delivery within Contractual KPI's, Budgets, Corporate OHS and to client expectations, while undertaking Client Stakeholder Engagement, staff and sub-contractor management and reporting to head-office.
