Our primary objective will be to ensure attainment of sales objectives through developing new business opportunities and enhancing current business within your allocated territory.As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for:Becoming an expert across Corin’s entire product range, new product information, service opportunities, and special developments to meet customer needs.Working collaboratively within the local and national sales team to develop strategic territory plans and ensure their execution.Supporting in-theatre activities and maintenance of instruments and products.Facilitating in-servicing and ongoing educational workshops on Corin products and application ensuring their safe and effective use.Our ideal Territory Manager will have / be:Experience within medical device sales, specifically in hip and knee replacements.A strong track record of successful selling and ability to align the objectives of Corin with those of the customer ensuring service excellence and ultimately, optimal patient outcomes.A bachelor’s qualification in business, life sciences or other relevant field of study.The ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and demonstrate strong business acumen.Possess strong presentation, communication, and clinical skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and other key stakeholders.Be proactive to seek out and take advantage of growth opportunities demonstrated through a proven sales track record.In-depth and relevant industry knowledge including competitors, current and potential clients, and trends.A flexible work approach including the ability to travel within your assigned territory up to 70% of the time.Corin’s offer:In return we will offer you a competitive remuneration and benefits package, opportunities for growth and development, within a dynamic, successful and supportive team environment.
