Our client, a WA owned and operated boutique workplace rehabilitation provider, is seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team in Central Perth.

Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
This position will involve:
* Manage a caseload of clients and provide return-to-work assistance and case management within workers' compensation, compulsory third party, and life insurance schemes.
* Conduct ergonomic and workplace assessments.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* Document and report on caseload management activities.
Our client offers:
* $75,000 - $100,000 dependent on experience
* 10.5% superannuation contribution

The ideal candidate for this role must hold:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
* Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
* Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
* Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
* Must be driven and resilient.
