Are you passionate about events and have a background in the travel industry? We're looking for an Events & Administration Coordinator to join a dynamic team and support the planning and execution of trade and corporate events across Australia.
About the Role
As an Events & Administration Coordinator, you'll assist with the coordination of industry events, trade expos, sales conferences, and internal staff events. You'll also provide administrative support, ensuring smooth event operations and handling day-to-day office tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your events career in a fast-paced and engaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of industry events, travel expos, sales conferences, and information sessions
* Assist with venue, travel, and accommodation bookings for events and conferences
* Attend and support offsite evening and weekend events as required
* Handle event-related administration, including invoices, purchase orders, and reporting
* Provide general office support, including managing building passes, stationery, and internal staff events
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution
About You
* 1-2 years of experience in the travel events industry
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel and support events outside standard office hours
