About your role: Organise and maintain an efficient filing and records management system in accordance with policies and procedures to enable the efficient storage, retrieval, archiving and destruction of Human Resource and training related information. Use efficient and effective administrative systems to provide support for the delivery of organisational development initiatives and business change deliverables. Assist with promotion, attendees, and venue for various training sessions/events conducted by Organisational Development and other external providers including the maintaining the calendar of events. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems through the measurement, review and implementation actions.
