We are on the lookout for a highly motivated General Manager and a skilled 2IC to join the team. We're looking for leaders with experience in operations who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment, engaging with the community and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the pub. The General Manager Role: As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the pub. Your role will include overseeing all aspects of the business, including managing the team, ensuring financial performance, handling operations, and keeping the customer experience top-notch. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team Drive profitability and financial performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing laws Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and extended community Create a family-friendly atmosphere that ensures an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages Requirements: Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of pub operations and financials RSA & RCG & ARCG Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a busy environment and juggle multiple tasks The 2IC Role: The 2IC will be your right hand, stepping in when the GM is off and assisting with daily operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring the pub runs smoothly and maintaining the high standards we're known for. Key Responsibilities: Assist the GM with day-to-day operations, staff management, and customer service Ensure smooth service during peak times, addressing any issues promptly Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food and beverage service, stock control, and staff rostering Support in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask A passion for creating a great customer experience Good knowledge of pub operations and industry standards Ability to step up into the GM role when required RSA & RCG & ARCG To apply online, please click on the apply button.
