One of our valued clients are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join their team in Macquarie Park. With offices around Australia they need an experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to join their team at Macquarie Park to meet an increase in demand. Casual role 5 days per week Monday to Friday, a great 6 month, with possibility for extension opportunity with this large international company. The Role: This role requires a combination of analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to support the local/regional initiatives and ongoing operational activities. You will also work closely with other Technology team members and business partners in the ANZ market and the ASPAC region. Responsibilities: Reviews business needs and requirements are executed and seeks opportunities for process improvement through technology, data and automation. Elaboration of user stories and requirements which include business driven acceptance criteria to support test cases. Documenting “as-is” and “to-be” business process models. Support in the creation and review of prototypes and wireframes. Engage with business, vendor and product owners to support various digital and data initiatives, such as RM8, eFax, websites and mobility. Creating training materials as required. Supporting with testing (UAT) coordination activities where required. Applying compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, providing documentation, and participating in compliance activities as required. Qualifications and Experience Seeking a motivated individual that has a digital, data & customer-centricity mindset as we progress our data dexterity in the organization. Some other things we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology, Business Insights and Analytics, Data Science (2 years of relevant experience is preferred.) Atlassian JIRA Agile and Confluence applications, highly proficient with MS Office products. (Essential) SharePoint, Service Now, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, CMS systems. (Highly Regarded) Agile behaviours that emphasize collaboration, delivery, reflection, and continuous improvement. Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications. Knowledge of analytics and data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset. Business process knowledge and demonstrated capability to apply technology solutions in addressing business issues is required. Understanding commercial systems supporting CRM (Veeva, SFMC), multi-channel digital engagement platforms, data management platforms and analytics is preferred. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written), including the ability to explain digital concepts & technologies to business partners, as well as business concepts to technologists. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a cross functional team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates and seeking and providing support as required. Sound time management, coordination, and prioritization skills.
