We also build great homes and communities where people and businesses can thrive, catering for different budgets, lifestyles, and people - designed to be sustainable and affordable.Your New RoleThe Senior Advisor, Learning and Development, will work in a matrix reporting line to the Senior Manager, OD & People Experience and Transformation Director to design and deliver learning and build capability as part of our transformation program and broader business learning needs.As the L&D subject matter expert in the business, this role will lead training needs analysis and be responsible for the creation and delivery of targeted development interventions that meet project and business needs and deliver tangible learning outcomes.Please note this is a 2-year contract initially.Collaborate with transformation project leads and organisational leaders to identify capability development priority areas, create and execute plans in partnership with our Change and Communications Leads.Design and deliver innovative learning experiences that may blend workshops, e-learning, simulations, learning in the flow of work and resources to support embedding.
