Job Title: Brand Manager

The role involves being the driving force behind our flagship brand Voltaren, ensuring it stands out in the crowd but also delivers real value to consumers. This includes working across strategic planning and product development, digital marketing, and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape the brand by developing and executing strategies that set us apart in a competitive landscape.
* Innovate and elevate by leading the charge in bringing new products to market, ensuring they align with consumer needs and market trends.
* Collaborate and lead by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and business growth.
* Analyze and adapt by understanding consumer behavior, market opportunities, and competitor movements, adapting strategy accordingly.
* Manage ANZ Brand P&L to ensure agreed sales and profit targets are delivered.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in Brand Management, ideally in healthcare, FMCG or similar.
* Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans.
* Experience with digital marketing and social media.
* A passion for healthcare and wellness with an understanding of consumer needs and trends.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
